Hands to Hands Community Fund was founded by concerned community leaders to help support programs and services of nonprofit agencies.

We are volunteers, people who care about the needs of others, just like you. Our intention is to help them reach employees of local business and industry through our annual campaign. It’s not to replace an agency’s annual fundraising campaign or events.

Collectively, our member agencies have served this community for more than 500 years. Their programs are vital. Their passion and dedication to those they serve is unwavering. They need your help. Most importantly, the people they serve need your help more than ever before.
